We are always looking to buy furniture that is clean and in good condition. It doesn't have to
be perfect. We can handle touching-up a few scratches and some light cleaning. If it needs
any major repairs or refinishing we probably won't be able to use it. Also, if the furniture has
been exposed to cigarette smoke we will not buy it. Just remember, the least amount of work
we have to do to it, the more it is worth to us.
